How is a fair beginner review built?
Fix the product, explain the responsibility, show the source, state what is untested and never replace judgement with a made-up number.

What is the review subject?
One exact product, country, company or app version and evidence period. A finding never moves silently to another service with the same logo.
Can a company respond?
Material criticism should be sent to the subject with a reasonable reply period unless a documented urgent public-interest reason applies. A reply is checked against evidence.
Can money affect a verdict?
No. Payment cannot buy a conclusion, comparison position, omission, advance approval or removal of criticism.
What happens when something changes?
Material errors receive a visible correction. Product changes receive a dated update note with the new source and reason.
